Exchange and Return
* We do not offer returns or refunds.
* Exchanges are only applicable if:
a) The item is defective
b) The incorrect size or article was delivered
* Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
* Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
* Customized, altered, or made-to-measure outfits cannot be exchanged.
Cancellation policy
* Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed with advance payment.
* Pre-orders and customized pieces are strictly non-cancellable due to production requirement
